CESA Industry Financial Snapshot Survey

We are actively working to define a specific set of ‘asks’ for government that we can start including in our ongoing advocacy work. In order to really drill down and be specific around the kind of financial help YOU need, we've included a link to a questionnaire that we hope captures a high level picture of where your organization stands.

We’re asking that you please work through the questionnaire as quickly as you can. We have made some important headway over the last 6-8 weeks and we really want to capitalize on that momentum. Please know that the data you provide will be anonymized and used to aggregate and fine-tune a specific message as we work with our government partners on your behalf.
